Description: PIID is working in numerous sectors using ICTs not only to target the rural population living in villages & partners in remote areas more efficiently but also to bring relevant services closer to communities in which citizens reside. With the help of ICTs, PIID is working in different initiatives like E-Women, E-Education, E-Health, E-Tourism, E-Agriculture and E-PWD (persons with disabilities).In order to coordinate the related initiatives in Public and private sector organizations, Pakistan Institute of ICTs for Development Islamabad (www.PIID.org.pk) is organizing UN trainings for Women Entrepreneurs and an International Conference from 14-18 December 2015 in Islamabad with coordination of UN. Among other attendees a large number of participants from remote areas of Baluchistan, KPK, GB, AJK and FATA will be present.
