A commemorative stamp to celebrate the ITU’s 150th Anniversary will be launched in Brazil by the Brazilian Post Office (ECT) of the Ministry of Communications. The event will be held on the 3 June 2015 at ANATEL’s premises. As a first Act of the event the commemorative stamp will be presented in the framework of the ITU’s 150th Anniversary. Following a High-Level forum will bring together Brazilian authorities, UN Agencies, Associates, Academia, stakeholders of the information and communications technologies, industrial sectors and other fields which influence the Information Society Development with the aim of reflecting on how to transfer, diffuse and adopt the Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) within the next 50 years.
