The offline campaign entails:

1. Production of flyers recapping ITU milestones since 1865 and major achievements to be distributed in Alfa, MTC, ISPs, Ogero, and Libanpost centers.

2. A letter from the TRA Chairman to telecom stakeholders in Lebanon informing them about the ITU 150th anniversary.

3. SMS campaign – An SMS will be sent to the Lebanese population informing them about ITU 150th anniversary, inviting them to learn more about the institution on their website and to like their page on facebook.​​
